General Radio 1190A Quartz Bar

100 kc Quartz Crystal Bar

Several early General Radio high-stability frequency references used a quartz bar resonator inside a thermostatically controlled high-temperature oven. Below are some photos of the amazing GR 1190-A 100 kc quartz bar.
