1. View from the rear. The outside half of the connector was wired by me. Red is +48 VDC and black is ground (or red is ground and black is -48 VDC -- same thing).
2. View from the top. The inside half of the connector is factory wired by HP. Again red is above black.
3. View from the power supply board. Red is towards the rear, nearest to C22 and the TORX screw. Black is towards the front, nearest to C23.
4. Overall view showing both connectors and both sets of wire.
